Remove Limiting Beliefs

Do you know that our beliefs are never neutral?. They either hold us back or
move us forward, but what many of us forget, is that we
choose what we believe.

Your attitudes and beliefs determine your thoughts and
feelings and logically from that, you make choices and
decisions. For example, if your dream is say to be the best in whatever it is that you do but you don't believe it's possible, you may have
thoughts such as, "it's going to be too difficult," or you
may feel overwhelmed by the idea.

Some people have what I’d call scarce mentality and this
translates to thoughts or comments such as, "I don't have
enough time, money or energy."

Others are plagued with inadequacy and sounds like, "I'm
not (blank) enough." The most common fill-ins include: "I'm
not: old enough, young enough, rich enough, good enough or smart

Tell you what, if you follow these thinking, chances are high that you will
give up before you fully explore the possibilities around
your dream

On the other hand, if you believe in yourself and therefore
believe in your dreams, you are more likely to realize how
much you want this dream and will be more likely to act on
it. A positive belief will support you while a negative
belief may destroy you; or at least your dream.

Keep dreaming, keep trusting and keep believing, the sky is just the beginning!!!

I love this! :) Great post :) In essence your life is the printout of your thoughts. "Nothing is either good or bad but thinking makes it so" xoxoxoox

This is so true. There are only 3 things we can control in this world....this life. And that is our own thoughts, our own actions, and our own feelings. No one can MAKE us do anything. Life is all about perception and attitude. If we have a good attitude, no matter what life throws at us, good things happen. How perceive those things make them "good". Even the bad things in life can be good if we learn from them and use them as a lesson. I love your post because someone very dear to me said those same words. What you think controls your feelings, your thoughts and feelings then control your actions.....and as long as you are cautious about what you allow yourself to think and feel....your actions will not become a bad choice or regret in your future.
