It's never too late to learn or change. Start small and grow slowly, learning all the time. Don't whine about not making money. If you do the work,the money will follow. Focus on your goals.
Where do you want to be in 1 year, 5 years, 10 years, or 20 years?
Remember nothing worthwhile comes overnight. You must do the work, put in your time, you may fall down but then get backup again.
